Makenzie Gray threw a gem on Thursday for Blanchard Lions Varsity, allowing zero runs and besting Mount St. Mary by a score of 12-0

Blanchard Lions Varsity secured the victory thanks to seven runs in the second inning.

Blanchard Lions Varsity’s big bats in the inning were led by singles by Alaina Fust and
Kylee Ott, doubles by Jayme Joyce and Gray, and by Madison Deason.

Blanchard Lions Varsity got things moving in the first inning. Blanchard Lions Varsity scored one run when Ott doubled.

Blanchard Lions Varsity put up seven runs in the second inning. Blanchard Lions Varsity put the pressure on, lead by singles by Fust and Ott, doubles by Joyce and Gray, and by Deason.

A single by Talbot in the first inning was a positive for Mount St. Mary.

Gray got the win for Blanchard Lions Varsity. She lasted five innings, allowing two hits and zero runs while striking out nine and walking one.

Talbot took the loss for Mount St. Mary. She went two innings, allowing nine runs on seven hits.

Blanchard Lions Varsity scattered nine hits in the game. Ott and Joyce all had multiple hits for Blanchard Lions Varsity. Ott went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Blanchard Lions Varsity in hits.

Blanchard was unable to crack the end zone against Tuttle in a 14-0 loss Monday night. The Lions were led on offense by Zach Garrett who ran hard behind some solid blocking most of the night. The LIons will take their 2-2 record to Anadarko on Monday 10/2 at 5:00

Blanchard was shut down on a rain soaked night in Tuttle . The Tigers jumped out to an early lead and never trailed in the game. Blanchard was able to get on the board in the 4th quarter with a Montana Deskin 12yd run. Hayden Bowles gained most of the yards on the td drive with some tough inside running. Blanchard played tough and with good effort but was unable to overcome the first half deficit. Next game is next Monday at Anadarko on October 2nd following the 7th grade game.

Blanchard Lions Varsity Drops Game To Stillwater After Late Score

Blanchard Lions Varsity lost the lead late in an 11-5 defeat to Stillwater on Saturday. The game was tied at five with Stillwater batting in the top of the eighth when there was an error, scoring one run.

Stillwater took an early lead in the first inning. An error scored one run for Stillwater.

In the bottom of the fourth inning, Blanchard Lions Varsity tied things up at five.

Blanchard Lions Varsity scored three runs in the second inning. Blanchard Lions Varsity scored on a walk by Carly Craig and a single by Madison Turner.

Julia Cottrill earned the win for Stillwater. She threw five innings, giving up zero runs, zero hits, and striking out five. Makenzie Gray took the loss for Blanchard Lions Varsity. She tossed one-third of an inning, surrendering three runs, four hits, and walking zero.

Delaney Williams started the game for Stillwater. She tossed one inning, giving up three runs, and zero hits.

Turner and Karli Martin each managed one hit to lead Blanchard Lions Varsity.
Stillwater had nine hits in the game. Cottrill and Alexis Hoang each collected multiple hits for Stillwater. Cottrill led Stillwater with four runs batted in. She went 4-for-4 on the day.

Blanchard Lions Varsity fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 2-0 loss to Newcastle on Friday. Newcastle took the lead on a double in the first inning.

Blanchard Lions Varsity stayed in it until the end, but Coweta pulled away late in a 7-3 victory on Thursday. Coweta trailed 3-2 in the bottom of the fourth inning when Gray singled off of Gracie Steelman, driving in two runs.

Coweta took the lead for good with two runs in the fourth inning.

Dodson earned the win for Coweta. She went three and two-thirds innings, surrendering three runs, five hits, striking out two, and walking one. Gracie Steelman took the loss for Blanchard Lions Varsity. She tossed one inning, surrendering two runs, and three hits.

Kylee Ott started the game for Blanchard Lions Varsity. She went two and a third innings, allowing two runs, four hits, striking out one, and walking one.

Home runs for Coweta came when Gray homered in the third inning and Rasberry homered in the third inning.

Larissa Maston collected four hits in four at bats, as Blanchard Lions Varsity defeated Owasso JV 9-1 on Thursday. Maston singled in the first, doubled in the third, doubled in the fourth, and singled in the sixth.

An early lead helped propel Blanchard Lions Varsity to victory. Blanchard Lions Varsity took the lead on a double in the first inning.

Blanchard Lions Varsity captured the lead in the first inning. Kylee Ott drove in one when she doubled in the first inning.

Blanchard Lions Varsity scored three runs in the fourth inning. The big inning was thanks to a double by Larissa Maston and a single by Micah Whitlow.

Makenzie Gray earned the win for Blanchard Lions Varsity. She tossed six innings, surrendering one run, four hits, striking out four, and walking zero. Shoulders took the loss for Owasso JV. She went five innings, surrendering nine runs, 13 hits, striking out one, and walking one.

Blanchard Lions Varsity Can’t Hold Up Against Tuttle

Blanchard Lions Varsity took an early lead in the second inning. With one out in the second inning Micah Whitlow drove in one run when she doubled.

Tuttle evened things up at one in the bottom of the second inning. Tuttle scored one run when Koeltzow doubled with two outs in the second inning.

Tuttle took the lead for good with three runs in the third inning. In the third Fryrear doubled off of Kylee Ott, driving in two runs and Fischer grounded out, scoring one run.

Tuttle scored five runs in the fifth inning. Tuttle’s big inning was driven by a double by Fischer, a double by Oaks, a single by Koeltzow, and a single by Kelley.

McAdoo earned the win for Tuttle. She threw seven innings, surrendering one run, three hits, striking out 12, and walking zero.

Larissa Maston, Jayme Joyce, and Whitlow all had one hit to lead Blanchard Lions Varsity.
