Cooper’s Walkoff Gives Blanchard Lions Victory Over Kickapoo
Blanchard Lions defeated Kickapoo 10-9 on Friday thanks to a walk-off single. The game was tied at nine with Blanchard Lions batting in the bottom of the seventh when Camden Cooper singled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run.
Kickapoo scored eight runs in the fifth inning, but Blanchard Lions still managed to pull out the victory. Auer, Salyers, McCarville, Bentch, and Murrell each drove in runs during the inning.
